Nick Elefterakis is a guiding light for Brooklyn's competitive youth baseball scene. He's a dedicated coach with a fervent love for team sports. Nick's even-tempered nature and unwavering support make him a trusted mentor for aspiring athletes looking to excel on the baseball diamond.

Since founding Elefterakis, Elefterakis & Panek with his brother John in 2011, Nick has overseen the growth of the firm into a nationally-recognized litigation powerhouse. In his capacity as Managing Partner and General Counsel, Nick supervises EEP’s talented roster of attorneys and support staff and works closely on each of the firm’s cases.

Norris” Skip” Gordon

Head of Player Development - EEP Bandits Baseball

Skip has been part of NYC Baseball for over 20 years. He has been a dedicated coach to the EEP Bandits since 2019. Before that he worked with the Bonnies Youth Organization as well as the Boys and Girls Club. He has coached all levels of players specializing in Hitting, Fielding/ Throwing, and Infield/Outfield. Skip has organized player development clinics, presented at local youth and high school functions. Skip is also part of a larger baseball network in which he assists players with high school placement at various boarding schools, day schools, Catholic High Schools and NYC Public Schools.

Mario Delgado

Operation Director - EEP Bandits Baseball

Mario started coaching baseball over 20 years ago. In 2012 Mario started the Williamsburg Sports League and and started the Youth Sports League in 2018. In 2004 Mario began the Brooklyn Bandits and merged with EEP in 2019. Since then he has been the President of EEP Bandits Baseball and oversees all 22 teams throughout the five boroughs. Mario is currently the head coach of the EEP Bandits 11U Gray team as well as the head baseball coach of Friends Seminary High School.
